Never again, avoid

These guys used to be so good, I used them for about 2 YEARS, and now they are appalling, delays on the last 2 things I ordered, the last having an enormous delay and only when you write a review saying stuff gets delayed on their site do they wake up, they sent me an email to apologise on the day I wrote the review, but the whole 16 DAYS prior I received NOTHING, not even an update to say the product is delayed. They also delete that review. Then there is the disgrace of a delivery company that they use, Courier it. I still don't have my package and it's been over a MONTH since I paid. Package was supposed to be shipped in "4-10 days", delivery is 1 day, 11 days turned into 30 (and counting). I will never use Raru again and that is a promise. Good job going from 2 years of no issues, to suddenly the worst shopping experience ever.
