Reading the 'bad' reviews on Raru here gives me a good chuckle as i know most are complaining about things stipulated in black and white on their T's & C's page or import items that 9 times out of 10 are out of Raru's control until they get through customs which does definitely effect delivery time but then again that should be common sense.

I have nothing but praise for Raru not because i'm a 'fan boy' but because i have not had a single days issue with them from the get go. They are always on the ball with communication and reply promptly when emailed a query. Nevermind the fact that you cannot find an online store in South Africa that will ship an IN STOCK item to you for R35 if you order before 2-3pm that day and have it delivered to you before closing of work the next day. No where will you get this sort of service i can guarantee you that.

If you want to see the difference between someone who cares about their customers and one that loves to take but not give go give Takealot a go. That should change your mind quickly enough and become a little more considerate when you take into consideration how hard they try make their service work.
