I have placed an order for 2 books on 30 June 2022...Paid R463 to be delivered on 15 July. Every time I did an enquiry about the delivery....they were busy processing it.....when they could not give me a final date for delivering the order...I canselled my order. I was informed 10-15 working days for refund. On day 10 I sent an email, trying to find out how far is the process...the same story as the one with the order.....now the queue is so much longer it will take longer than 15 days to do the refund. I sent an email telling them it is unecceptable..now they are not evem respond on my emaild anymore. If my 15 working days end on 12 Aug....as it did....I want my R463......the ref.no RCO Z35 D26
