Misleading Raru sales

I no longer trust this site. If they are selling something there is no guarantee they actually have stock of the item. I've ordered items since more than a year ago (on more than 1 order) and have not received them. I would have been better off buying off a different site that actually give you what you buy.

On enquiries with their customer services, all I get is a generic email each time saying they don't know when the ETA will be. Sure, after a year you cannot tell me? Now these items are out of stock and what not. Should have bought from a retailer who gives you what you pay for.
