Lying to paying clients and not giving money back

I bought and paid for a 4G router online on the 6th of Nov and estimated delivery was the 14th. No update from their side, on the 15th I contacted them and ask them for any update. They then tell me the router has been discontinued, this is a router they are currently selling with all data contracts at MTN and Vodacom. So today is the 2nd of December and I still have note received my refund.
