I have had nothing but great experiences purchasing from Raru. I have made more then 25 seperate purchases from the site ranging from video games to tabletop games, model paints to graphics cards. I have interacted three times with their customer service. They responded within an hour and performed corrective action on the same day. I check Raru every day for specials and new releases. Highly recommended. The site should be rated much much higher.
