Long time supporter of them

They have typically been very good at delivering. I often experience my orders arriving up to a week before their estimated date on items that are imported. The delivery always comes well protected.

The only recent negative experience (which has literally only been once of well over 10 orders) was that their communication was very poor for an order that a supplier backed out of. Instead of keeping me informed; I was having to make contact every 2 weeks to make sure that my order was in fact still being processed.

When you spend thousands at a company, you do expect better customer service, especially when your expected delivery date passes and no word to keep you informed. So customer service could improve, but once again this was the first time I experienced any challenge with them after years of ordering from them.
