Late delivery of pre-odered product

<p>I pre order a game to make sure I get it on release day. If I wanted to go to a store and buy it and risk queues , traffic , the weather I would do that. My pre-order was said to be delayed due to an error on the suppliers side , but then I am informed that outstanding order will be handled at a later date, WHO made the descision that I get to be a client that doesnt get his product on the promised date , and someone else does , thats utter nonsense. futhermore im not offered anything to make up for this fact? I always sang rarus praises to all my friends who predominently used takealot but after this im going to tell them to take their business back there. cheers.</p>
