Late deliveries and no refunds

Raru is incredibly slow not only with delivery but they also expect their customers to wait more than a month for a refund. I will NOT be using their services in future and would advise anyone against it. I have a feeling they are a sinking ship and they are trying to hold on to capital hence the bad refund policy.
