This business practice is SHOCKING!!!! All the negative reviews are pretty much the same, my story is no different. I ordered a product in November last year - the late shipping was in January. The date came and went, I followed up and said that they cannot track my delivery. A month after not hearing anything regarding my goods, I requested a refund.. that was over 30 WORKING DAYS (excluding public holidays and weekends!!!! A SIX-week wait, ridiculous!) ... and STILL NO REFUND.

Please do NOT purchase from this business unless you are willing to gamble on your money!!!!!
