Just don't expect a refund if the item happens to be out of stock!

I purchased a item on 21 December 2020 and got informed the item is out of stock, after all replacement items I suggested was also out of stock or discontinued (although showing as available to order on the site) and staff making no effort to source an alternative, I requested a refund.

20 work days for a refund they said, 20 work day later (today, 20 January 2021), I am told that I should get my money back sometime in the second week of February.

Ridiculous!
