Item incorrectly advertised, Raru ensures returns/refunds are difficult

<p>Bought a BigBen Xbox One Kinect stand online from Raru. The item stated a maximum thickness limitation of the TV it would support, of which my TV easily adhered to.</p> <p>The stand however, did not fit. Tried it on two other TV's but it did not fit on those either.</p> <p> </p> <p>Contacted Raru regarding the issue, in which the reply was that I would liable for 10% handling cost as well as logistic costs. Unimpressed, but left with no other alternative, I logged the request to to return the item and recoup what I could.</p> <p>Instead of facilitiating the return, Raru denied the return and then instructed me that I need to provide photographic proof of the issue.</p> <p> </p> <p>In the end, I gave the item away to a friend that could use it. Luckily, it was not an exorbitantly expensive item but I have learnt my lesson and my account at Raru has been deleted. </p> <p> </p>
