If you enjoy waiting weeks for products and refunds then best place to shop.

ordered a PC component on the 6th of October. On the product listing it says dispatched in 3-5 working days.

After the 5 working days pass with no response or communication about delay I contact RARU. I then get told there is delays from supplier. I then get told it will be delivered the following week and will get updates on progress. The whole week goes by and today there is still silence and no delivery.

So after taking my money and 12 working days later nothing. The best part is when I asked about refunds I am told it takes 15 working days and longer due to backlogs.

Is this a joke?

I really gave RARU a chance even though I read lot of horrible reviews.
