I thought Loot was bad but...

<p>Probably the worst online company to deal with: they took almost a month and two days past the delivery date to let me know that they cannot fulfill my entire order. Hopefully they will still deliver the other part of my order which is a gift for a friend but I am not going to hold my breath.</p>
