I give RARU negative rating if I could

One star is actually way more than what RARU deserves, I wish there was minus stars.. still struggling to get my refund back R 21,810 total which was paid from my credit card, this has been going on from May 5th when I canceled the order. after waiting 2 weeks for delivery which never happened, in the last email communication they stated that they will process my refund on 16th Jun, I am frankly dont believe them giving the previous delays, STAY AWAY PEOPLE.
