Howe is this theft tolerated?

A brief timeline of pathetic service: 1. Order for a book placed in June 2022. 2. They dragged their feet and I cancelled. 3. Initially I was promised a refund 'within 30 days'. 4. No more responses to my queries for the last 2 months. I would give them a zero-rating but unfortunately you don't provide for it. Woeful, miserable experience. May they rot on the ******* dump of ******* businesses.
