How far they've fallen

I've been ordering from Raru since 2014. It's hard for me to believe how far they've fallen. I'm done with them. I ordered stuff in September 2021 and to this day (April 2022) they still have not arrived, 7 months later. And during all this time, all the products are still listed as "15-20 days shipping" on their site, even though their responses to emails blame global supply strains for the delay. Then why keep advertising that shipping timeframe? Oh right, so you can secure more orders. Gotta keep that revenue coming in right? Now I have told them to just cancel everything. I'm preparing for another 3 month wait for a refund as others have experienced. No idea what's happened to this company.
