Horrific service! Slack! Doubting my refund.

I am beginning to doubt my refund of R3200 from Raru.co.za. after reading all the posts about how people struggled to get their refunds, I am not convinced that Raru will pay me back at all. I am stuck between using the credit they gave me and waiting for the refund into my bank account. If I use the credit, I'm going to wait for about a month (or longer) for my item which is advertised as 7 - 10 working days. If I wait for my refund, I'll probably never get it.

My advise is, do not risk it your money on this online store. They might be cheaper with some items, but you're going to pay hard with emotions and patience. Raru.co.za is pathetic, and this was my first and definitely the last time shopping with them. If only they took the time to read the HelloPeter complaints, maybe they would've been able to resolve their issues, but they don't, so they don't care about improving either.
