HORRIBLE SERVICE

Bought LPs, supplier had stock. On delivery date, no communication from the company. Contacted them three days after and they told me supplier had not shipped my order. I would have to wait indefinitely. Spent an extra 5 weeks waiting for my records, until the Nubya Garcia ran out of stock. I cancelled my order and waited about a month to receive my refund. I had the same problem with them about three years ago and thought their services might have improved, but nothing. The support staff are also rude and condescending. STAY AWAY!!!!
