Horrible Online shopping

I ordered an item on RaRu on 29 June 2018, it started delivery time 3 to 4 weeks. The only time I received feedback was when I Enquired about why my item hasn’t been delivered yet. There communication is terrible and it is now 14 August 2018 and still no item or any further explanation about when my item is being delivered. This was my first time buying from RaRu, this was definetly last time buying from them. Should have stuck with ordering from Takealot. Pity I can’t give them zero stars.
