High risk of losing money!!!

Not only do they not supply what they advertise, they also ***** your money. I ordered a board game on 1 April 2022. The expected delivery time was 7 to 10 days. After 4 weeks (end of April), I asked what the issue was. Sorry, we are experiencing problems with our supplier, but we expect it soon. At the end of May, I asked the same question and asked for a refund if they could not deliver. I basically received the same answer. Now we are at the end of June. This morning I wrote another email, which was simply ignored. So it seems that they have simply ****** my R1200. Obviously this was my very last purchase from them. Once burned, twice shy.

It really is a shame that this company is falling apart. They must have employed a bunch of *********** fools. I have ordered numerous items from them in the past, without any problems - even parcels from overseas arrived on time.
