Happy Ending and Refund Pending

I had been waiting on a order since December 2019 for three books. I waited 113 working days and never received the order. Raru kept suggesting I order a different version of those books instead.

I eventually cancelled my order with Raru, and placed the order with Takealot. Takealot imported the exact version of the books I wanted, and it only took 13 working days. It was a happy ending after all!

Unfortunately I still need to wait for my Refund from Raru. And who knows when that will happen! They have me store credit and told me my refund will take time. I think that's a feeble attempt to get people to spend more money, honestly....
