Great sales team, terrible customer support & product delivery

<p>Raru seemed promising at first, with a responsive and intelligent sales team.</p> <p> </p> <p>Sadly, it has taken them longer than 3 weeks to deliver my relatively large order, and during this time I recieved no communication regarding the delay. I emailed them last week querying this, to which I received an automated response mailer 2 days later, and am still waiting for a formal response.</p> <p> </p> <p>It took 2 phone calls for Raru to jump into action, but unfortunately it is their inaction that made this a truely aggitating experience.</p> <p> </p> <p>Wouldn't recommend it.</p> <p> </p>
