Great Prices, Poor Delivery Service

Used to be one of the best places to get things online, unfortunately now I often get items days late even though the delivery is marked as being scheduled for that day by the courier. Also I had an item waiting to arrive at their offices for 2 weeks past estimate without contact and had to manually follow up to find out what was happening. My advice is to stick with bigger companies unless you are ok with waiting a week.
