Good when buying, terrible on returns - rather use Takealot

<p>I was quite happy with the original delivery, it was almost on par with Takealot. Their return service is however horrible. Whereas Takealot's return service usually resolve in 5 days, it has now been 3 weeks since I returned an item to Raru. Ilogged it on a Saturday and they collected it on the Tuesday. They explained that they only send items in to the test service centre every Wednesday and that I missed the first one even though they came and collected Tuesday. They said is will be checked the following Monday, but they have still not resolved it by the Friday. So I am still waiting, I can only hope they resolve this within the next two weeks... Won't buy there again.</p>
