First time buyer experience UwU

I placed my first order, consisting of 1 manga & 1 CD, with Raru on the 3rd of December 2021 with an ETA of the 10th of January, which was fine considering both items ordered were imports and would take longer to arrive due to the nature of imports, however due to shipping restrictions the CD was only delivered earlier this week & the manga never arrived.

I cancelled the manga as it was out of print and instead ordered an item that was in stock which shipped the next day.

All and all the customer support received was fantastic, however it would be nice to have a system in place to let the customer know if there will be an extended delay on orders once the expected time to ship has passed.

For anyone that wants to place an order with Raru, I would strongly suggest FIRST confirming with Raru if their suppliers have stock of an item before placing an order especially if the item is an import.
