Faulty Product + Horrible Service

Ordered a Samsung Monitor from Raru. Received the product in faulty condition with heavy back light bleed right out of the box. Requested a return, and only after a whole week did they finally pick up the item. Waited one week, no response. Messaged them myself, and only then did they respond. Product was only then sent to the supplier. Waited another week, no response. Messaged them myself again, and once again only then did they respond. According to Samsung (and this was also later confirmed to also be the opinion of Raru's Electronics Manager, Mathew Vismer): "its a budget monitor, thats how they are manufactured". So basically, the products are manufactured faulty. And I'm to then assume that because I cannot necessarily afford a higher-end monitor, I deserve the punishment of receiving a faulty product right out of the box? I requested either a replacement, or a full refund, and I stated multiple times that I do NOT want credits. They responded by giving me credits, and charging me a "handling fee" Called Raru. And according to Mathew Vismer (Raru's Electronics Manager) I can "go Google back light bleed and see that all monitors have it". He also hung up on me. Matthew is one of the rudest, snarkiest, and most unprofessional people I have ever had the displeasure of talking to over a phone.

Reviewer Update
Update:

They have now blocked me on social media after sharing this Hellopeter post. Seemingly this was beacuse the posts were gaining some traction by other Raru customers.

I have also left a review on their site regarding the faulty product, and the low quality service. They have deleted the review from the site, and they have deleted every attempt I have made to post the review.

I also contacted Samsung SA directly regarding the issue via social media and private email, and what was said by Mathew Vismer (Raru's Electronics Manager).
Samsung are currently liaising with me regarding the item as well.

When I called them this morning (11:00AM 05/07/2019) for a follow up. The call centre agent did kindly advise me that they will be phoning me directly, as the responsible parties are currently in a meeting regarding this issue.
I waited until 02:00PM for a response from them to no avail (Neither email or phone call). I decided to call them again.

This time, the same call centre agent kindly tried to assist me, and he assured me that they will be sending me an email within the hour (02:00PM - 03:00PM).
They responded by saying that "Unfortunately the item has no fault and therefor has to be treated as an unwanted item"
