Extremely slow to refund money for faulty items

Ordered some "power stations". When they arrived 2 of the 3 was faulty and 1 was without it battery. This after a long wait due to covid19. Sending it back took a while but was somewhat acceptable (considering impact of covid19). They credited my account with the full amount. but now after a month they still can not tell me when they will refund that amount. Very unacceptable covid 19 or not.
