Extremely poor service and delivery time

My wife collects dvd's and orders them constantly online. She has two orders that she placed with Raru. One order was placed 22 Nov 2021 and one placed 15 Feb 2022. When we enquire about it they blame covid and shipping. They sent us some of the dvd's that they had but the majority of them are outstanding with no indication as to when we will be receiving them. We will never be making use of Raru again. She belongs to a dvd collectors group and it seems like it is a trend and she is not the only one waiting for her dvd's. Seems to be an issue at this stage. Why advertise something that you do not have ? Also not interested in a voucher or refund to Raru acc as we are not interested in purchasing anything from them again.
