Extremely Poor Service

On 24 August 2019 I placed an order for 10 x Sere Raffy Vital Staple Foods. Total order value including Shipping was R750-00. On 9 September 2019 I only received 6 out of the 10 items that I ordered and was credited with R300-00.

On 5 October 2019 I placed a new order for 4 x Sera Raffy Tasty Morsels. Total order value including Shipping was R409-00. I paid a total of R109-00 as I still had the R300-00 credit. On 9 October 2019 I received an email stating that the items that I ordered is no longer available and I was yet again credited with R409-00. I returned an email on the same day to you asking for a full refund as I do not want to purchase anything else on your website. I was asked to send an email with my banking details and I sent it the very same day.

Up to date I have had to refund whatsoever.
