They have a 30 working day (essentially 2 months) refund process period (which is not explicitly stated anywhere on their site) and which customer services will only inform you of after numerous complaints. They do not actively communicate with clients. Avoid at all cost unless you're interested in giving them a 2 month interest free loan.
