EXCUSES IN LIEU OF REFUND PAYMENT.

I placed an order on the 29 May with an ETA of the 20 June. The order was for 2 books, both of which were gifts. After not receiving any communication as to where my order was, I called, had to tell the story to several different people before finding someone that could "help". First communication via email was on the 5 July. One of the books was dispatched and I collected it. The second book, however, was no longer available and a refund would need to be made. I have lost track of how many calls I have made and 26 emails later of promises for a refund, still nothing. Apparently, my card that was used to make the purchase will not accept a reversal. I supp**** alternative banking details to do a refund, still nothing, more of me chasing them and requesting information. I requested proof of payment and was ignored. Another phone call from myself to them to be told those details didn't work either. So once again I supp**** banking details for a different account. Promised that the refund payment was scheduled for last week Friday 2 August and that it would take 3 days for the payment to reflect. I have once again had to contact them to find out why the funds are not refecting, I have apparently been bumped to the 12 August. If this is done on the 12th as promised, it will take another 7 working days for the funds to reflect. DO NOT purchase anything from this site, if something goes wrong and they need to refund you, you will get excuses in lieu of payment. 7 weeks and counting...
