Excellent Service from Raru

I had an excellent shopping experience with Raru, I placed an order with them for a Sony WH-1000 M4 headphones which was on special for a great deal, my company awarded me vouchers for Raru, so I could use it towards the purchase, there was a delay in the processing of the vouchers and the deal ended after 2 day I still not received my vouchers and Raru was about to cancel my order, on the 11th hour my vouchers arrived in my mail box, but there was no place to add vouchers after you placed an order already. Rene and Bronwynne went out of their way to help me get the order, advise me to cancel my current order and place a new order to add my vouchers and then they will adjust it, accordingly, all in all it worked out great and I got my order placed and I was a happy chappy.
