Excellent after sales service

<p>I received a mug from Raru, and there was most likely a bit of damage in transit that I missed upon inspection. After my first cuppa tea, I noticed a huge crack had formed almost the entire way down. I send an email to Raru who immediately sorted me out with a brand new mug, in a super friendly way! Awesome service, something you really don't find these days anymore. Great stuff! :)</p>
