Exactly what I wanted

I had a slow refund experience with Raru early this year for which I rated them negatively, but I just had a good experience too. I use a headset that works great with Dragon text to speech that I can no longer find listed at any other South African retailer. I ordered it from Raru, assuming that it would take long because it had apparently fallen out of favour with suppliers and retailers. After two weeks of silence, I inquired what was happening to the order. Raru immediately checked with their supplier and shipped it very quickly after. So, yes, it did take too long, but if it wasn't for them I would have had to buy a different set, which I didn't want to do. So, it's probably not the best store to use if you're impatient, but the price was great, they answered my order query immediately, my parcel arrived very quickly after it was shipped, and it is exactly what I wanted. #WIN
