Don't Waste your Time You won't get your order.

I ordered in November last year, for a friends birthday in January. My order was meant to be delivered in December. It in now July the follow year and still nothing. They don't contact you you run around after them. The last time I asked I was told two to three weeks.. That was May. I waited until yesterday to ask again. I want my money back as I don't trust the store, what must I do with store credit as I don't want anything else and I probably won't receive it anyway. They won't give me my money. Don't waste your time with them, there is one person that seems to handle requests for information and she give some generic response, never helpful.
