Don't trust RARU with your money.
As I write this review, it has been 10 working days since I have asked RARU to process my refund, but apparently, I'm still in a queue and they are waiting for a "slot" to open before they can process the refund, it's no wonder why they so many refunds to process.. Rather use a respectable online retailer, like Takealott, they at least seem to be on top of their game..
