DONT BUY FROM THEM

I only wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them. Ordered a book in July, after waiting for a month of them constantly delaying delivery, I cancelled the order and requested a refund. And surprise, surprise I still have not received my refund! Here is the standard response to emails : Good day

Sincerest apologies for the delay of your refund process.

Their excuse for not having a telephone number to contact them on is COVID restrictions, which is laughable as that excuse is long over and done with. I did try the number and it just rings. My concern is how many other people are they *********** and making a fortune. I did some research and it seems they are the same people who started Takealot and then sold it. Don't buy anything from them, they ***** you money!
