DO NOT PURCHASE FROM RARU

I ordered on 5 July and when the expected arrival date came and went, I email Raru to enquire. I received the following response : "We are unfortunately experiencing ongoing delays with shipping and delivery from our supplier in the UK due to shipping backlogs caused by the restrictions and shipping difficulties there in December and early January , on top of some post-Brexit financial difficulties that they had been dealing with ."

I do not believe this is a valid excuse for July to October, with no movement, no resolution.

To date, I have not received my order nor any further communication regarding the status of my order.

I would rate them zero stars if possible.

Please be aware and avoid buying from them.
