DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE

I ordered first back in July last year for goods that were shown to be in stock. The delivery date was in September, but nothing happened and I got no communication. More than a month later I was told that items ordered were still not available. I changed my order for items that were shown as in stock on their website. I expected the order to be delivered in December. On both occasions they could not get stock - because of lockdown and when that excuse was no longer viable, just that the items have not ETA from the supplier. I asked for a refund on 15 December - it's now a month later. Nothing. I have emailed and no response. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. YOU WILL NOT SEE ANY GOODS AND REFUNDS ARE NOT FORTHCOMING
