Do not buy from RARU

I bought a book as a present for my mother on the 1st of June, today still no book received. I tried to cancel the order but they want to charge me a 10% restocking fee. Ordered a queen size bed from Hi-Fi corp and received it on the 3rd working day. Today my order hasn't been updated at all. RCO-DQG-QZZ
