Disappointing Sercvice

Ordered items that is indicated as delivered in 14 days on their website waited 14 days no delivery, no update on delivery, queried my order only to be notified there is logistical delays. I'm fine with delays just keep your customer up to date. I then waited another 2 weeks (all together 28 days since order) and no update or delivery. I then followed up again and still same excuse, Cancelled my order - Was notified the refund will take 15 business days (unbelievable) Its day 16 and still no refund. This has been 88 days since I placed my order. Really disappointing customer service.
