Disappointed

I ordered the wisdom of the oracle divination deck from Raru on Oct 24th 2019 and was given a delivery date of 29 Nov which I patiently waited for, I called in Nov 27th to ask about my order which I was told would be delivered to me no later than 4 days so I waited no delivery I called them again and was told nothing has come yet from the supplier so they will have to reorder which then was told I will receive it by Dec 12th I called again and spoke to a guy I will leave his name out who then told me it still hasn't come through to them but by this week and today is Dec 17th still nothing - I called this morning and spoke to him again which he then told me nothing has been done and it's still with the supplier. I am furious I waited so long for my order my money was taken from Oct 24th and they are giving me the run around - he says he will call me with info but he never calls back. It's so disappointing!!! I've waited so long with zero results. This is honestly ridiculous and disheartening. I don't know what to do anymore.
