Day 1 - Raru takes 30 days for refund

Order cancelled after 2 MONTHS and this is the response to my request for a refund of MY MONEY, paid within 5 minutes of concluding the transaction on 14 DECEMBER 2019. No goods shipped. Sounds like it should take 5 minutes to refund me since the transaction is cancelled. Heres what I got from these *^%$#@s:

We unfortunately cannot provide an ETA for you. We are trying our best to have the refunds done within the stipulated refunds process time of 30 days as referred to on our website, however we are experiencing huge challenges and this may exceed the stipulated time as advised. Please note that if we are able to do the refund for you soonest we will.
