Dates keep slipping and slipping away.

Hi Can I get a clear idea whats happening to all my orders? It's becoming frustrating that orders never seem to meet expected dates.

Last 5+ orders this has been the case. Of this list below one of them is well over a month past its intended shipping date.

I can excuse this happening every now and again. I also can acknowledge that some of these issues might be extenuating circumstances beyond your control. but its the handling there of that is. But this has been the case across every single order I've made this year. Which is severely testing my customer loyalty. Worse yet you guys make no attempt to appease , apologies or make amends to this.

Usually just responding with a candid " Sorry for the inconvenience " .
