Customers reviews are important

Wish that Raru did not have to be dragged down my some of their department. Must say I would give their Video, DVD and book department a Five. But the toy and hobbies department is a joke I have waiting for two months and having to contact them multiple times to ask just for feedback. I never spoke bad to the customer service or the manager but I still got treated like I was the problem. Honestly it as if some department do not care about any reviews that their customers leave. I wish that the whole of Raru did not need to be drag along but sadly when the same experience happens multiple times with the same story and excuses and nothing gets done about it starts to make the whole experience sour
