Credit refund due from Raru

I bought various books in 2019, to this date, they are not delivered because of various reasons from suppliers. I have previously cancelled other orders, because of delays. However the last order was subject of neglect on their customer service side.

My last order was cancelled due to non delivery and I have R 1000+ credit that is due from Raru, to this day, the refund hasn't been processed. Details were povided to them.

Their policy mentions 30 days refund policy, which expired a day before the lockdown. I made numerous follows ups, and the quoting of their refund policy doesn't move them, I just don't get response and phones are not working
