Can't action a simple refund - it can't be that hard?
"15 working days to action a refund, and our current queue is behind so you can expect to wait longer than that" I bought something for more than R3k which was listed as "in stock". Raru then reached out to me (after happily and instantly taking my money) to tell me that it's not in stock and I have to wait MORE than 15 working days before they begin to process my refund? Surely this can't be legal? It's not like I changed my mind or returned anything. They literally just took my money and are now holding it. I'm 3k out of pocket, and without the ability to buy what I need elsewhere (which is for work). I have tried to escalate this and am just being told to wait in line. Shocking service - every other company that's ever needed to do a refund to a card just pushes a few buttons and the banks action it. I can't fathom why Raru isn't doing this, apart from perhaps just wanting to hold its customers money for as long as possible and earn interest on it before returning it...
