buyer beware

Very slow at packing item to send out for delivery(4 business days), not waiting for a supplier which I could understand. Very slow response to an email inquiry about the same. Non committal response back from support. It basically may as well have read: "We don't care, it will take long. Don't bother us we are busy" not great customer service.
