Books via RARU

Raru show on their website huge ranges of book titles, some which you'd really like to add to your collection. I duly ordered a couple of titles, one to add to a library of existing books by the same author and another highly recommended for it explanation of Origami. I ordered in Dec 2019, Emails from RARU indicated that delivery might be a long time due to current unavailabilty of the titles. In Jan 2020 I requested cancellation of my order, requesting refund back to my credit card. RARU indicated that cancellation had been done but it might take some some because of processing of many other similar customer actions to refund my payment. This is no way to run an online retail facility. I'm not surprised that it probably generates a lot of customer issues due to poor service response.
